Customizable Sections

The homepage is made up of various sections that lay out simply and cleanly the most important details about your organization. These sections include: descriptive content, appointment and donation forms, an “About” section, address and contact info, and more. You have the ability to customize the homepage to best reach your unique client base and community by:

  • Adding or deleting sections
  • Reordering the layout of sections
  • Editing all content
  • Updating photos, quotes, and more

Appointment Form

Our appointment form keeps things simple. Potential clients fill out a few personal details, select desired appointment time(s), and submit their request to your organization.

Phone and tablet users will be presented with the mobile version of our appointment form. You can easily customize which days and times are presented, and when an appointment request is made, any staff members you have selected will receive an automatic email notification.

Donation Form

Our interactive donation form guides users smoothly through the donation process. When giving online, users will be presented with the option to make a one-time donation or to set up a recurring gift. Your donors will also be encouraged to donate via bank transfer to save on transaction fees. Like the appointment form, our donation form has a mobile version that phone and tablet users will find simple and intuitive.

Giving History

Users can filter through all of their past giving on the “Giving History” page. Automatically emailed their year-end giving statement on the first of January, your donors can also download a PDF of their giving summary for any year during which they were an active donor.

Transaction Dashboard

When logged into the Admin Console, you can easily view all online transactions in the “Transaction Dashboard”. You can filter through which donations have processed successfully, are currently processing, as well as those that may have failed. Easily export a CSV or PDF of transaction history by date range.

Admin Reports

Statistics and data are important. The “Admin Reports” page allows you to click through preselected, print-ready reports informing you on your site usage, including:

  • Total recurring gift amount due this month
  • Total received from one time gifts in current year
  • Total combined amount received in current year
  • Subscribed to daily updates
  • Recurring gifts due today
  • Next 7 days of giving
  • And more

The Donor Login Section (DLS) gives you what previous generations created via mailing lists, spreadsheets, and phone calls — a secure area where each donor can not only view their personal details, but can also stay connected with your organization’s updates.

Blog

The blog is an excellent way to keep your donors updated on all that’s happening at your organization. When a donor gives online, they are automatically subscribed to your blog so that whenever you publish a post, your online donors will receive a copy directly to their email inbox.

Calendar

The calendar feature allows you to list upcoming events and browse past events. You can also allow users to RSVP via the website. Each event can be set up to include an ‘Invite Friends’ button that attendees can use to quickly send out invitations. The option to receive reminders when an event is approaching is also available to all your donors.

Prayer Requests

The prayer request feature enables you to quickly share your organization’s prayer needs with your donor community.

Video Updates

Videos can be easily shared through the video feature. Use this to broadcast in-house video updates or to share an interesting Youtube or Vimeo video with your donor community.

Staff

Share a photo of your team and keep your donor community informed on the valuable role each member plays by including the title and a brief introduction for each member of your staff on the “Staff” page.

Subscriptions

When a donor gives online, they are automatically subscribed to receive email notifications when new updates are posted, allowing them to view the most recent blog posts, prayer requests, events, and/or video updates directly to their inbox. Each user can edit their subscription preferences via their account settings, and choose which updates they want to receive, and how often they would like to receive them.

Account Settings

The Account Settings section gives users the freedom to update all of the following information, as needed:

  • Username, password, and email address
  • Mailing address
  • Payment methods (credit card and/or direct transfer)
  • Recurring gift
  • Local church information
  • Subscriptions

Payment Forms

The payment form can be used for event tickets, merchandise sales, and much more. Simply customize it by adding items, along with a brief description. When users visit the form, they can select an item and quantity, then pay using their saved payment method. In addition, when an established donor purchases something through your payment form, it will not be categorized as a tax-deductible donation or reflected in their donation records. You can easily share this form with your community via a private link.

Emails @ Your Website

We know how important it is for your staff to be professional and organized in their interaction with the community. Having a uniform email address that directly reflects your organization’s domain name is a great place to start! When you activate your site, each of your personnel will be assigned an email address that is simple to remember and specific to your center (e.g. firstname@yourcenter.com). These can be managed with ease, allowing you to add and delete email addresses as your staff changes.
